When we sell you, our customer, a coupe body, or T bucket, or sundry fibreglass panels, they are subject to copyright. We allow you to modify, cut, or otherwise change to customise the fibreglass panel to fit your intended project. We do not allow you to use the fibreglass product to make a mould in any way, shape or form, from the product and on-sell for profit. Our product is unique to us. If we find this has been done, we will take it further.
We are aware that there was a mould made from a body prior to our purchasing the 32 5 window mould (Parahaki) in July 2004. We are aware of (and have spoken with the owner) at least one 32 body sold from that mould. We do not hold that person accountable and are on good terms with him. We do not use white or black gelcoat in the producing of any fibreglass bodies, and all our glass bodies carry a copyright sticker. We are currently seeking legal advice regarding the selling for profit of any glass body originating from the mould pirated off the Parahaki molds after our July 2004 purchase date.
